Practice

Diego's teaching and practices are created from a meaningful and insightful array of sources, Diego views Yoga as the art of life and is continualy studying and evolving his practice and teachings. For Diego, Yoga has always been one art and he has viewed the different approaches, styles and lineages as parts of a whole. Even, healing arts such as Tai Chi and Chi Gung, wich are usually considered different arts, are at heart the same as Yoga. The language may be different, but the principles are the same as truth and reality are also one. Diego practices and teaches in a way thal allows for all the healing and empowering aspects of Yoga to come alive in students. And for the experience to become the teacher. He uses language that is easily accessible and has a gift for enabling students to find inner peace and the radiant vitality of balance, strength and joy.
